Poison is one of the most discussed mechanics in Dicero because it can feel weak early and powerful later. This build route is for players who want sustained damage over time instead of immediate burst.
Poison deals damage over time (DOT). It doesn’t require you to roll the dice actively — it just ticks away.
That makes the route strongest when the fight lasts long enough for poison to stack. If enemies die quickly, or if the stage demands immediate burst, the same setup can feel slow.
